(Family Violence Service Partnership Network)

Is a system of care initially funded by The Children’s Trust, aimed at preventing and responding to family violence in south Miami-Dade County, FL. Covian participated as evaluator for the entire partnership and was a member of the administrative team. In addition to the required evaluation activities, Covian consulted on strategic planning, balanced scorecard, and internal communication.
